Product Presentation
Items for sale are limited to existing stock. In case of stock shortage, Mimos & Compª will contact the customer by email or phone within a maximum of 15 days from the order date to inform the new delivery time for the product.
However, if one of the ordered products is unavailable, Mimos & Compª commits to sending the available products and offers the “delivery fee” for the rest of the order if the missing product is unavailable for an indefinite time.
Mimos & Compª asks the customer to choose a product of equivalent quality and price in place of the unavailable product.
In case of refusal by the customer, Mimos & Compª will proceed with a full refund of the product value.

Shipping Times:
Mimos & Compª reserves a maximum period of 6 business days for order delivery, including preparation and transportation time, starting from payment receipt. Payments made after 3 PM will only be considered on the next business day.
Under normal conditions, Mimos & Compª commits to delivering the order within 24 to 48 business hours, provided the payment is confirmed by 3 PM.
For international deliveries, the period may extend up to 4 weeks.
In case of stock unavailability, the above deadlines may not be met. In this situation, Mimos & Compª will contact the customer to indicate a new expected delivery date or proceed with the refund of the amount paid.
Mimos & Compª is not responsible for delays exceeding the indicated deadlines when these result from external factors beyond its control.
For national deliveries, if CTT is unable to deliver, a Delivery Notice will be left in the mailbox. The order will then be available for pickup at the nearest post office for a period of 10 business days.
Exchanges and Returns
Mimos & Compª reserves the right to only accept the exchange or termination of the contract when the following conditions are verified and ensured:
- The product must be returned or sent for exchange in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned or sent for exchange with all necessary documentation;
- The product must be returned or sent for exchange without signs of use and without damage;
- The consumer must fully bear the direct costs inherent in the return, with a maximum shipping cost of €50 (not applicable in case of warranty exchange). Customers affected by transportation or technical issues with the item are excluded. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Mimos & Compª.
All products for exchange or return are analyzed upon delivery at Mimos & Compª’s facilities and only exchanges and returns that meet the above conditions will be accepted.
In case of exchange for a product of lower value than the first purchased product, the refund will be made to the NIB associated with the purchase payment.
In case of exchange, if the new order is of higher cost, the Consumer will have to cover the difference.
The exchange will only be considered valid if the previously described conditions are met and after confirmation of payment of the remaining amount.
The Consumer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract within 15 days from the date of physical possession of the goods.

Legal Warranty
All products sold in our store are covered by a 3-year legal warranty, under the terms of the applicable legislation.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities detected after the delivery of the item. In these cases, the customer is entitled, at no cost, to repair, replacement, or, where applicable, a refund of the amount paid.
The warranty does not cover situations of normal wear and tear, misuse, falls, improper washing, or failure to observe the instructions for use and maintenance.
